Sam Taylor Wood is a British film maker and photographer, with her most famous piece being "Still Life", a piece featuring a bowl of fruit filmed in time lapse that goes mouldy over time. This piece has been featured in many exhibitions including "A Matter of Time" in the Tate. This piece embodies the idea of Hidden Beauty due to the idea of natural beauty remaining underneath the layers of mould. It's still there, just hidden from view.
